I am Josh Ruggles and I am the founder, owner and editor of Powder Propaganda. I currently reside in Logan, Utah and also chasing after a degree in journalism and communications at Utah State University. My amazing wife Jamie and I have two kids; six-year old Lolah and seven-month old Cohen. They are what keeps me going.
I started skiing when I was three and began snowboarding when I was 13, so I have a passion for the industry. And I am dedicated to write fancy words about snowboarding. This site will continue to keep it going as long as I am able to keep it fresh and keep you stoked. The goal of the blog is to cover the snow industry from a local level–up to the top riders and other professionals of snowboarding.
I am currently working on getting more contributors, so if you have some experience in writing, videography or photography, comment below. To anyone wanting to contribute, there is no money involved. It is a good way to get your work viewed by the industry. And hopefully we will create something that the industry can’t do without.
